Grief Yoga
Join me for a transformative yoga experience. We take all of the pain and hurt you have with grief and make room for the emotions to move through you. You and your grief are seen in this space. All emotions are welcome. We use movement, breath and meditation to help our bodies feel our grief. It can be overwhelming at first, these are intense feelings, but over time lighten just a little.
