Family sessions are semi-private sessions. They can include a family or a couple of friends. Sessions are tailored to everyone's needs and goals. Using my knowledge of yoga and the body I help each of you learn to connect to yours.

Each session I take what everyone's personal goals and needs include to create a session that meets those needs and goals.
Pranayama (Breath Work)
Pranayama or breath work is included in each session to help calm the nervous system. These techniques can be taken to your everyday lives.
Philosophy & Mindfulness
Themes in yogic philosophy and mindfulness with each session give you ideas on how to take it into your everyday life.
