Service Description

Our one-of-a-kind semi-private sessions incorporate the physical aspect (asana) of yoga combined with an introduction to the philosophy of yoga, and an invitation to invite balance into your life using what aspects work for you. All sessions are individualized and tailored to your needs. Similar to our unique private sessions but with 2-3 people. Bring a friend or include your family. The cost is per person.
